Sathaporn Estate Wins 9 “No. 5 Energy-Saving Home” Awards from EGAT, Reinforcing the Sustainable Quality Project Development Concept.

The company recently won 9 “No. 5 Energy-Saving Home” Awards for the year 2025 from the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT). This reflects the success in designing homes that are beautiful, livable, and mindful of the environment.
The awards ceremony was officially held with Mr. Suntorn Sathaporn, Chief Executive Officer of Sathaporn Estate Co., Ltd., accepting the awards from EGAT. This year, Sathaporn Estate received a total of 9 awards from 3 quality projects, namely

This year’s awards are a continuation of the success achieved last year, after the Eternity Rangsit – Wongwaen project secured four No. 5 Energy-Saving Home awards, reflecting Sathaporn Estate’s unwavering commitment to continuous development.
The “No. 5 Energy-Saving Home” Award is one of the quality certification criteria set by EGAT, aiming to promote the development of homes that use energy efficiently. Projects must pass evaluations covering aspects of design, building materials, ventilation, and lighting systems to ensure residents can achieve real long-term energy savings.
